We are a young team, entrepreneurs, experts in the digital sector and with extensive experience in the Tourism Sector. A few years ago we started our adventure as owners of our first vacation apartment in Dénia (Alicante). As a result of that experience we have decided to turn our hobby into our profession. We currently manage our owned apartments and through our agency-boutique we put all our knowledge and care in helping other owners to achieve the best profitability for their homes. Solo una pega, esta lejos de todo y solo hay una TV y cuando vas con niños y la piscina no se puede usar de 3 a 5 ni a partir de las 10 es necesario poder entretenerles. Perfekt gelegenes Apartment mit traumhaften Meerblick Wir haben 2 Wochen im Apartment – Marina Azul mit seiner ruhigen Atmosphäre und einer sehr gepflegten Anlage mit Gemeinschaftspool und großen Garten sehr genossen. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Wohlfühlen benötigt. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet, alles da, was man zum Kochen benötigt. Der große Kühl-/Gefrierschrank ist perfekt. Die Schlafzimmer sind großzügig und 2 Duschbäder waren schon Luxus pur. Der überdachte Balkon ist sehr groß und mit bequemem Outdoor – Möbeln ausgestattet mit Blick auf den Pool/Garten und Meerblick, dieser ist einfach fantastisch, besonders zum Sonnenuntergang. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist perfekt, mit direktem Zugang zum Haus. Restaurants und Supermärkte, sind Dank der günstigen Lage schnell erreichbar. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Raúl + Rocio, vor und während des Aufenthalts, Fragen per WhatsApp wurden immer sofort und detailliert beantwortet. An-/Abreise verlief reibungslos, dank der sehr ausführlichen Beschreibung von Raúl + Rocio. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und dann buchen wir nur direkt über die familiäre Agentur DENIA COSTA. 100 % Weiterempfehlung! Alles in allem war dieses Apartment perfekt für uns und einen erholsamen Urlaub am Meer. Einziges Manko waren für mich persönlich die sehr harte Matratze im Doppelbett und die sehr harten Kopfkissen. Muy limpio, bien decorado, acogedor, con aire acondicionado, ventiladores de techo en salón y habitaciones, una terraza preciosa con vistas a la piscina y al fondo se puede ver un poco el mar. With Denia Costa you gain freedom, more income, and no worries. We can free you from the work and worry of having to manage your advert, all the communication with your guests, check-in and check-out, looking after them before, during and after their stay, the cleaning and set-up of the flat, including the change of bed and bath linen. And above all, we help you maximise revenue thanks to our experience and know-how, dynamic rate management and excellent reviews from satisfied guests.
Your income depends on various factors, such as the location of the holiday home, the number of weeks you rent it, the condition of the holiday property, the proximity to the beach and amenities, the surroundings and even the season of the year in which the property is rented. We will fix the prices for the season in a personalised meeting.
The agreed price will be paid by bank transfer to the indicated account. Payment will be made at the end of the month in which the guests are expected to arrive.
Dedicating your property to holiday rentals requires a great deal of time and effort, finding the right price group for the rental seasons, promoting the holiday property in a multitude of media, managing bookings, answering customer queries and resolving any problems that may occur after the stay, are just some of the tasks to manage.

Yes, of course, but you should keep them in a clearly delimited, private room or storage space, preferably closed to the client.
We take the evaluation of each guest very seriously. After each stay, our cleaning staff would report to us in case of any incident. This is essential to be able to evaluate the guest, or to proceed to complain to them in case of any damage. In the latter case, we would inform the owner immediately.
We cannot guarantee a minimum monthly income, but rest assured that we will work very hard to maximise the income from your holiday rental property.
If there are no confirmed bookings for those dates, of course! Let us know as soon as possible when you need the flat and we will block the calendar so that no bookings can be made during this period.
