The agreed price will be paid by bank transfer to the indicated account. Payment will be made at the end of the month in which the guests are expected to arrive.

We take the evaluation of each guest very seriously. After each stay, our cleaning staff would report to us in case of any incident. This is essential to be able to evaluate the guest, or to proceed to complain to them in case of any damage. In the latter case, we would inform the owner immediately.
We cannot guarantee a minimum monthly income, but rest assured that we will work very hard to maximise the income from your holiday rental property.
If there are no confirmed bookings for those dates, of course! Let us know as soon as possible when you need the flat and we will block the calendar so that no bookings can be made during this period.
