About us

We are Rocío and Raúl, entrepreneurs, experts in the digital sector and with extensive experience in the Tourism Sector. A few years ago we started our adventure as owners of our first vacation apartment in Dénia (Alicante). As a result of that experience we have decided to turn our hobby into our profession. We currently manage our owned apartments and through our agency-boutique we put all our knowledge and care in helping other owners to achieve the best profitability for their homes. We are sure that when you meet us you will know that your home is in the best hands.

With Denia Costa you gain freedom, more income, and no worries. We can free you from the work and worry of having to manage your advert, all the communication with your guests, check-in and check-out, looking after them before, during and after their stay, the cleaning and set-up of the flat, including the change of bed and bath linen. And above all, we help you maximise revenue thanks to our experience and know-how, dynamic rate management and excellent reviews from satisfied guests.

Your income depends on various factors, such as the location of the holiday home, the number of weeks you rent it, the condition of the holiday property, the proximity to the beach and amenities, the surroundings and even the season of the year in which the property is rented. We will fix the prices for the season in a personalised meeting.  

The agreed price will be paid by bank transfer to the indicated account. Payment will be made at the end of the month in which the guests are expected to arrive.

Dedicating your property to holiday rentals requires a great deal of time and effort, finding the right price group for the rental seasons, promoting the holiday property in a multitude of media, managing bookings, answering customer queries and resolving any problems that may occur after the stay, are just some of the tasks to manage. 

If you choose us as your holiday rental partner, we will take care of all this and much more. We analyse all the market data and trends to give you the best experience as a holiday home or flat owner.

We take care of every aspect of the promotion of your property. We also ensure that your holiday home has professional photos and a detailed description, written by our editors, to offer it to our clients.

You will be notified by email and Whatsapp. We will keep you informed at all times of the details of each booking. 

Yes, of course, but you should keep them in a clearly delimited, private room or storage space, preferably closed to the client.

We take the evaluation of each guest very seriously. After each stay, our cleaning staff would report to us in case of any incident. This is essential to be able to evaluate the guest, or to proceed to complain to them in case of any damage. In the latter case, we would inform the owner immediately.

We cannot guarantee a minimum monthly income, but rest assured that we will work very hard to maximise the income from your holiday rental property.

If there are no confirmed bookings for those dates, of course! Let us know as soon as possible when you need the flat and we will block the calendar so that no bookings can be made during this period.
